I am the owner and operator of Judy's Facial Art. I attended San Jacinto School of Nursing at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas. I trained in Permanent Cosmetics with The American Academy of Micropigmentation. Each year I take a class on blood born pathogen through the American Red Cross. I feel that no one should be satisfied with "just getting along", so continue my education in the field of permanent cosmetics by attending seminars and conventions around the nation to better serve my clients.
